Yuliana  After some not so good results lately, she returns with a very good week with wins over Yuan and Voskoboeva, and really pushing Poutchkova

I was at this match.
Yuliana got a code violation for unsportsman like conduct in the 3rd set at 30-40 then she double faulted & lost her serve. The warning was complete crap the umpire said she hit the ball at the linesman,she didn't. Also after the 2nd set Putchkova took a long toilet break then had the trainer she was clearly struggling in the heat, it took maybe 15 minutes.
Perebynis was there supporting her 
Good luck to Yuliana for dubs & the rest of the season

Yuliana leads head to head 2-0
wins over Emma at Gold Coast 62 62 and 63 21 ret. at Bangalore both last year. Hopefully Yuliana can carry on what looks to be some "nice" form.

Yuliana def Laine 6-1 2-6 6-3.
I think this is a very good win considering she played & lost doubles on the Gold Coast last night. They finished doubles at about 9.30pm which is 10.30 pm in Sydney and then she had to get to Sydney and be fresh enough to play her match at 4pm in Sydney.
Good work Yuliana
Next up is Rezai. Rezai fed aussie wild card Hewson 61 46 62.
Rezai is going to be a very tough one.
