It's just practise 
But tomorrow I'll have my first match in our clubs ranking tournament. Beat that guy already in close 2 sets in practise... but all the pressure

It's my first since last September 
But I'm still a lot more nervous in ITN and LK tournaments

I'm never nervous
actually only, when I have to serve at *4-5 or *5-6 but beside that, I'm always relaxed 
but you will do it babe 
when is your next LK.tournament?

Same I played a doubles match and I served for it at 6-5 and served it into my partner, before that I was serving fine it was a massive  moment lol.

Probably at the end of July, but I'm not sure.
I want to concentrate on the ranking tournament and another tournament which lasts for 10 days in next weeks.

Lost 5-7 6-4 and 6-10 (champions TB) 
I'm so weak when it comes down to a real match  Needed 8 or 9 setpoints to close out the second set And of course, ended the match with a DF

Had my training last Wednesday, I served so well! 
Really happy about that
Still need to work on my patience, I'm just hitting the ball as hard as possible without any control and I have to learn to play smart.

I'm never nervous Except I kind of was today, but it was more flustered than ervous The guy I played was so hot and it distracted my play  I was down 1-6 1-4 when I realized there was no other option than to become very serious and aggressive try not to stare and drool over look at him. But I lost anyway 1-6 6-4 5-7. He tried to make conversation at the change of ends but I struggled to formate words, let alone sentences

Fuck. I had to become 37 years of age and play in the league for the paralytics to get the first double bagle of my life.
I have no idrea, why this guy's team was in this league, but there was literally nothing I could do.
He had a very very heavy top spin (something which I hated ever since) and well.... I got to 40 on my own serve only twice, couldn't get anywhere near a break, so... no need to smash rackets.
When I looked over to the other 2 courts at 0-6, 0-1, both of my other playing team mates had 0-5 and I just shouted over to the other court: hey, Dennis, take a look: 30 minutes of play and we have not won a single fuckin' game.
Needless to say that we lost 0-6 in the end. For the 4th consecutive time. 
The doubles was ok. 4-6, 4-6 blowing a 4-1 lead in the second set...
