Potential 3R match at US Open - [4] Dementieva v [30] Venus Williams!
Any thoughts?
Suppose they both get to the 3R, I will go for Elena in two tight sets, or in three (don't mind if that's another third-set-tie-break win  )

This sucks! Although i think my dear lena will pull it off since venus is ill prepared and in their last match venus defeated lena in moscow so lena will go for revenge and beat venus in nyc.

Venus can't be in great form if she even plays. Still a tough opponent for Lena but a match Lena should win.

vee don't find your wimbledon '05 form. elena has a wonderful draw minus you and has to defend a lot of points.

lenavee you must be feeling very torn! This is a tough one to call, before the draw I fancied Elena to have a good run at Flushing Meadows and I'm going to stick to that.
