I know facebook is official. Nike runs it. They have shut down all facebook fan pages when they started it. So even if it's not Sara who writes personally (it might be, it might not be), I believe that they write.
The twitter account on the other hand, was a bit strange from the beginning.

It is tiring that people start fake sites, I have been through that before, many years ago, before facebook and twitter, people posting with my name in some guestbooks (shocking, and my name was written in a wrong way, not Spanish way), and someone posting as Magüi Serna in a forum, I confirmed that was fake and reported....

I don't imagine Sara posting the whole day on twitter though...it must be a fan that is trying to attract the attention....
