Re: Vesna Dolonts
Actually, next tournament is the 25K Civitavechhia, where she's the #8 seed. Plays qualifier Bianca Botto first round.

Vesna lost 3 & 4, don't know what's going on with her.

Re: Vesna Dolonts
Good news and bad news.
Good news is that Vesna ran over Anne, 2 & 0.
Bad news is that she is NO LONGER RUSSIAN! She changed nationalities. Now places for Serbia under the name Dolonc.
So this thread will soon be moved to a new forum.

Vesna Dolonc - New addition
http://tenissrbija.blogspot.com/2012...za-srbiju.html
Anyhow, former Russian player Vesna Dolonts (ex Manasieva) decided to play for Serbia

Re: Vesna Dolonc - New addition
I still won't take this for granted before she gives some statement. Also, I am curious about her FC and Olympic games status?

She can't play Olympics, she's not even top 150 atm. But she'll have a chance in four year if she improves her ranking. Let's hope she will.
She can play FC final tho.

Re: Vesna Dolonc - New addition
This is like whoa. I know that her father is Serbian and that Russians have a lot of players, but this was not expected.
Anyways, she always looked too avergae to me and she isn't even of the kind that can make a surprise, but she surely has some talent. I hope she even speaks Serbian.
