Anyone else a fan of the film and book "Picnic at Hanging Rock" clip now inside !
Im a fan of it since a while ago when i saw the film and we read some of the book in school, its really kinda haunting and your just like what happened to the girls, for anyone who doesnt know its about 3 school girls and a teacher who go missing at an historical Australian rock in the 1900 and lthough the author Joan Lindsay said it was a work of fiction many ppl believed it was a true story, so what is ppl's opinions on this book and film, and the film i thought was great btw, very atmospheric and picturesque

The book and film were great! I'm glad that the 'missing' end chapter wasn't included in the book since the uncertainty about what happened is what makes the story so compelling.

I love it, it's one of my all time favourite films. It's so atmospheric and eerie and there's so much tension bubbling under the surface all the time. Very sexual too...... or is that just me??
