btw Elena is also playing doubles and mixed doubles
In the mixed she's into the second round with Mahesh Bhupati and they will play a pair from Japan next.
In the Doubles tournament she's in the third round together with Cara Black and they will next play Tauziat and Po.

Lena lost 2-6 0-6 
Not the best score,but we couldn't have expected MUCH more, could we? But still a great tournament for Elena and hopefully we'll see her playing more great tennis in the nearest future |

As I predicted. Elena got hammered  .
But she did better than I thought, because of all the Russian's competing at Wimbledon, I completely forgot about Elena.
Overall, this Wimbledon was a success for her. . |
