Since 2000, we have had 22 Grand Slam finals. Of those, we have had:

6 All Williams Finals

3 All Belgium Finals

2 All Russian Finals

Which have produced the biggest snooze tennis? State which category and why?

All belgian finals maybe im biased because i dnt care about them but at least the Russians made the finals a bit different with different ppl, Clijsters and Henin just made the final boring with two top players who were more have made them more exciting and they didnt

The Russian finals really blew.

Clijsters and Henin-Hardenne provided the biggest snoozes. They have the games to bring great tennis, especially against each other, but they have no personalities. They are uber-boring to watch. I mean, if Venus and Serena played a terrible match, their outfits, personalities, and powers would make you want to watch. This is not the case with the Boring Belgians.

Dayum it a toss up between the Belgiums and Russians.....I voted Belgium final..because Clijsters just give up when she plays Justine..at least the Russians somewhat put up a fight towards each other..I think I watch maybe 15 or 20 minutes of a all Belgium or Russian final...or i just dont watch it at all....boring as hell...im sorry

you know, when i saw the williams sisters finals, i thought there was no conceivable way for worse tennis to be played in a slam final

I love me some Kim, as everyone knows, but her finals with Juju have been beyond lame. They get the snooze award, "for sure". Even with that said, I'd probably prefer an all Belgium final over an all Russian final simply because of my love for Kim.

They were all horrendous and I refuse to vote one lot worse than the others. The only GS finals worth watching from the last 5 years were:

1) Williams def Davenport (Wimbledon 2005)
2) Capriati def Hingis (Australian Open 2002)

And I say this without the slightest bias because both of these were devastating results for me at the time, and still hurt somewhat today.

I found both the all Belgian and all Russian finals gripping...even the fairly one sided ones. The Williams sisters finals were the most boring finals I have EVER seen. Their encounter in the final of Roland Garros was the worst of all. I'm a huge fan of both of the Belgians and all of the Russians.
