The 25Ks in Lagos are slightly stronger this time than in previous years, when the line-up was hardly fit for a regular 10K.
The loss last week was against this Indian's sister, who then made it to the final. Both are ranked around #500, and so is Julia's next opponent, who is also Indian.
If she'll win that (I'd say she's a slight favorite), next up will be the top seed Szatmari, unless the winner of the Shlomo/Masuri Israeli duel upsets her

Julia won her R2 match in three sets, but today missed an upset against Szatmari (who beat Shlomo without too much trouble yesterday), 5-7 6-2 4-6

Not yet probably. Last year she played 3 tournaments in November, including the 10K title in Mallorca and one in Ramat Hasharon (which I have no idea if held this year at this time).
