Question Matches where a player won MORE pts than their opponent but LOST?

1. Dulko d. Golovin 1-6, 7-5, 7-6 (Golovin won 9 more pts-110 to 101) anymore?

if i am correct, im sure Henin won more points against V.Williams in the 2002 Amelia Island final, yet Venus won 2-6 7-5 7-6(5)

What a match

correct me if i'm wrong but this tends to happen when the player who wins a match loses a set 0-6, 1-6, and 2-6, right?

and then the two sets the player wins has to be reasonably close, i'd imagine.

it's not that rare for that to happen - especially when a player is dominant for part of the match and the other player is not. a lot of mens matches can go that way with all the breakers

Nope, all of Serena's numbers were higher...winners, aces, unforced errors, and total points won. Only thing they were even on were service breaks.
