oh if only such a match could be arranged. That would be fantastic !

However if it was to be some sort of controlled fight ie a boxing match then I'm afraid it wouldn't last more than one or 2 rounds.

Damir has had some rough experiences in his lifetime being a former wartime refugee in Yugo and a truck driver in Aus.

But the main reason why the bookies wouldn't be offering any odds on a boxing match if it were to take place is because Damir is also a former boxer. Also Damir is in a different weight class than Jim Pierce ie 'super heavyweight'

However if the 2 were to meet in some sort of unofficial capacity like for example a punch up in the baggage claim department at Heathrow Airport then I would give Pierce a small chance.

It all depends on whether Pierce can get in a killer 'head butt' before Damir flattens him with a heavy uppercut to the jaw.

If only !

that would be marvelous.

they could even make a 'Tour' out of it. They could call it the AFC.

Airport Fight Club

They can have a list of airports like Heathrow, JFK, Charles de Gaule and Sydney that would have 'Slam' status and airports like Gatwick, Miami, and Rome could be 'Tier I' events and so on.

And it doesn't have to be confined to tennis dads, you could send out invites to people like Bjork to participate and I'm sure you could get sponsorship for the Tour from someone like SKY TV, they would pay millions for the broadcast rights of such an event.

if only
