I was there today and they both practiced twise today but not together, both look extreamly fit and toned, both trained very hard and for well over an hour each session, Jusine practised with her hitting partner both times and improved greatly in her second session and amelie Trained with her hitting partner first and then in the afternoon practised with paula. All 3 girls were hitting the ball so solidly and with great heavyness and pace and were having fun out there.
