My tribute to Silvia!!!
Silvia Farina Elia played her last match today 
She reached world number 11 and a Wimbledon Quarter Finalist! She claimed 3 titles on the WTA Tour as well as 8 Doubles titles!
She defeated Davenport, Dementieva, Hingis, Kuznetsova, Martinez, Myskina, Novotna, Pierce, Sabatini, Seles, Sharapova, Venus and Serena Williams

you know my all time fav pic of sylvia off court was made by "fleemke" a poster on this board. at a players party in rome; did you ever see the pice, she wore a pink dress.

Very nice tribute and pictures.
All the very best to Silvia I will miss watching her play and it is sad she is retiring.
I loved when she played doubles with my fav Babsi.
