Married on 6, April, 1907 at Ealing, her father the vicar performing the ceremony. From this point forward she is known as Mrs Lambert Chambers. Her wrist injury reoccurs "and was responsible for much of her indifferent play during the summer.'"

Mrs Chambers turns her attention to golf after Wimbledon.

"It is a great dissapointment to me but I suppose I must noe bow to the inevitable. I hope to play doubles as I simply cannot retire altogether from my favorite game."
