First, she needs to play more tournaments and start scheduling better. She's one of the worst schedulers among the Japanese players, IMO.

tomoko won her 1strd match in guangzhou! she is seeded [8] she has a great shot to make the qf's and beyond! she reached a carrer high rank of#246! great if she could make the aussie open qualies! go tomoko!

tomoko through winning the 25k itf event in nagoya,has rfecieved a wc into the qualie draw in kolkata! tomoko had some nice wins here last year and did qualify!i hope she can produce the same form this year! great to see her in some wta tour events! go tomoko!
