I suppose they intend to put the Navratilova match after Hewitt finish off with Nieminen... they don't expect that to be very long...
but why don't they put it on the night session? why just one match?

Don't you think Raymond's match deserve a better court? Maybe at the expense of the men's doubles semi? Are Bjorkman/Mirnyi so popular to deserve 2 Arthur Ashe appearances before the final???

They could have moved the "oldies" doubles match to Armstrong, and put the other match on after Roger...

I would be surprised if it lasts over 2 hours... and they have 5 hours between Hewitt - Nieminen and Federer - Nalbandian so there's definitely room for a doubles match...

Plus they scheduled from 9:30am-11:30am...2 hours for Roger's match...that's being hopeful isn't it?

Armstrong court is not being used today. In fact, both Armstrong and Grandstand were used for the last time on Tuesday. Once the singles program is reduced to 4 matches or less, and the doubles tournaments reached the semis stage, there's no need for more than one show court.
BTW... can anyone tell me what time they used to play the women's semis on Friday? Afternoon or night, or one match each?

Then maybe they should keep using them later!
