It's too bad she lost. I am a big fan of her's.
The one thing I noticed while watching the match was she rarely hit a serve over 80 mph especially on her second serve. She should really work on her serve because Ivanovic starting coming in during Pervak's serve and shortening the rallies which really cut down on the length of the rallies.

Ksenia was playing good tennis until 4-2 first set, then her serve was getting even worse than usual (she did 3 straight DF for example) and Ana totally smashed her... Too bad for Ksenia, she really needs to improve her serve, it's clearly her weakness. It's OK against mugs but against top players (Ana is clearly one when she's focused), Ksyusha has no chance with this junior serve  |

Ksenia is playing in Tashkent next week, she has a tough draw with Voskoboeva in R1, if she gets through this, she could win this tournament !
