Serena On Her Upcoming Match With Mary...
"I played her this time last year," Serena Williams said. "She played me really tough. She went on to have a great season, doing well at the Olympics and some other tournaments. I know Mary is definitely no pushover, especially against big players."

Just another reason why you can't take them seriously when they attack her When you can only be consistent in a bias towards a person, and deliberately ignore all parts of the sum it's rather ridiculous.

Wait - Serena only lost 4 games to Mary last year. How was that "really tough?" Their two most recent matches were both on clay, and Serena trounced Mary in both of them. I see no reason to expect anything different this time.

I see your point but don't count unpredictable Mary out and especially on her favorite surface. She's done well at Amelia Island also so you never know what'll happen.
