Belarus, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Ukraine
Format: Sixteen (16) teams are currently scheduled to compete and they will be drawn into four Round Robin pools of four (4) teams. The Round Robin will be played Wednesday through Friday. On Saturday, the following play off matches will be played:·
The four teams that finish in 1st position in their pool will play off to determine which two teams will be promoted to the 2005 World Group II Play-offs in July.
The four teams that finish in fourth position in their pool will play off and the two losing teams will be relegated to Europe/Africa Group II in 2006.
The four teams that finish in second position in their pool will play off to determine the joint 5/6 and 7/8 positions, and the four teams that finish in third position in their pool will play off to determine the joint 9/10 and 11/12 positions
