Skipped 2 out of 3 classes so i could see some tennis

didn't miss anything though

Got there at 9. Went to center court. Saw Daniela Hantuchova and Svetlana Kuznetsova playing a practice match. Svetlana was up 3-2 (traded breaks with hantuchova serving at 30-15) when their time was up. Nice rallies, really competative. Daniela's backhand was a bit off though, but her game is looking good (and so is she). Then Kiefer practiced with Bjorkman. Went to court 5(?) where Sanguinetti was playing Hueberger (i think). Only watched a few points cause the rallies were sloppy. Saw the entire Seppi vs. Garcia match. Tons of italian supporters there. Good match. Garcia had shoulder problems in the second set. Long, long rallies and some great points. Seppi should have won it with an easier scoreline though. Other than that, I watched the croats cause i had to leave at 2:30 to make my last class. Some good news for me

Sprem and Ancic will play on Friday (i get to see them)
I won't see Ivo or Ivan's first round match, but, if Ivo wins, I'll see him Friday vs. Fed. (and i'm expecting Ivan to make it far so I'll see him eventually)

one thing i forgot to mention...SOAP SUDS

there's this big fountain outside of crandon park and someone got it to foam up lol. today was a windy day so pieces of foam actually started floating around the grounds and they delayed play a couple of times during the karanusic vs. clement match (mainly because the ball boys tried to catch them, but, instead of catching them, they just made a huge mess on the court)

oh.. I see you wrote about them a little on your forum.. but I would love to hear a little bit more about Shahar if you feel like writing about it. Thanks anyway

shahar played very well. she didn't hit many errors and came to net a lot. very solid off the ground and she got a lot of first serves in. she could definately do some damage in the main draw.

hmm.. come to the net alot.. that's nice

sounds like Shahar in defensive mode.. usually she is very agressive with her backhand.
