Yes. If she loses in R1 in both(if she plays Hobart), like I said before she will be about 275

. Forget about her being the number 2 Greek, if that happens, she is a few spots away from being the number 3 Greek

. Normally if Lena was the number 3 Greek it would have to mean we have one girl in the top 10 and one ranked from 20-30, and then Lena right there at 35 or 40. This is terrible! We have no one in the top 100 and now Anna Gerasimou who isn't even in the top200 will be number 1 for us

. Lena has said several times that she knows her rank is dropping, and that she wants to improve it. I think she can come back stronger than ever. If not, then I'd play a shitty 25k or something, just to get confidence. Btw, a 25k could boost her ranking

well if lena wants to go up and not down the rankings then she must listen (for once) to what her fans are saying to her!
she is keep saying that the german style suits her game...do u think she is right?i dont!i think that the german style doesnt suit her at all!
she needs to get rid of jazz.she needs to get a good coach.she needs to serve well.go back to the basics if you have to!
then she will be up where she belongs.if not then anna will be the greek number one!
i hope that 2009 will be a better year for eleni

I heard she did! She won't be playing doubles with Jaz in Auckland and I think it is over!!!!!

Eleni's rank rose this week from 272 to 239

This week, Eleni's rank fell from 239 all the way to 303

edit-basically if you count alexis prousis, eleni is now the greek #3

. Irini Georgatou is number 574, so Eleni is safe for now.
