not even able to win a MM ,I hope they didn't try too hard ... if they did, it doesn't bode very well for the YEC which I really really want them to win

OMG  If I am correct they had 3 SPs in tiebreak (they lead 6-3).  Somehow this wasn't good performance and I'm really not optimistic about YEC.  But maybe they will surprise us.

Looks like they let this one get away, but give some credit to the opposing team. This was Barbora Zahlavova-Strycova's 7th doubles final this year, of which she won 5. I'm happy Kata was able to defend her title from last year, and didn't lose too many ranking points. Does anyone know what went wrong? I sometimes get the impression Kveta's serve is letting the team down, but maybe I'm biased...
