Bad day for us both Kata! 
Good luck in the doubles tomorrow!
Kata after the match:
I started the match against Dementieva unfresh, which is a consequence of playing 5 matches in four days - 4 singles and 1 in doubles. Despite that i managed to play a match against her on a high level. The match was tied and tense till the end, it could have ended different. The surface in Moscow is a bit different than the one in Tokyo and suits more to Dementieva. It's a pity, because i was really really close to win and repeat the succes against top 10 player. But let's move on.

Maybe for you, but in Stuttgart 06 it was such high quality, soooo much drama and tension it was unbelievable, Kata lead 64 41 ( ) - if you can upload any matches of Kata it would be amazing! |
