It's getting worse and worse.
Anne Kremer seems to be long time injured too because she withdraw from Cincinatti after withdrawing from Wimbledon some weeks ago!
A poster wrote some time ago that he heard that Anne Kremer was long time injured (but not confirmed yet and no news in Luxembourg's newspapers )

Well Luxembourg's Top 3 may be off the radar right now, but I've noticed some recent results for our lower and unranked players.
Luxembourg's #4 Lynn Philippe posted 3 wins to reach the second round in Brussels ($10k), improving her ranking to 999 and her pro record to 10-4 this year. Which is promising news.
And two unranked girls, Lynn Blau and Tiffany Cornelius, each scored two wins to pass through the qualifying of Le Touquet ($10k), both losing in the first round of the main draw. In fact this was Lynn Blau's first senior tournament, and her second win came against Cecile Baijot, a player I've actually heard of (although Baijot hasn't played in 11 months). As I said, these two don't even have rankings yet, but still it's nice to see some action from them and see them gaining some experience.
You know your country is small when the unranked active players start to outnumber the ranked ones!

Thank you snoop for the pics.
Claudine Schaul is actually playing the quali of Bronx (50k) and she has won three matches in a row without losing a set!
In main draw she is now facing Vilmarie Castellvi (PUR/150) who is beatable for Claudine! Allez!

Minella is making her comeback next week, I believe.
Kremer has drawn Stosur 1R of Luxembourg. Very tough, but she'd be the dark horse whoever she played in the tournament.
