eins an das ich mich noch gut erinnere, liegt schon was zurück: Grönefeld-Kuznetsova Eastbourne 2006, waren 3 Stück die ALG nicht nutzen konnte  war auch so ziemlich ihr letztes richtig gute match gegen eine topspielerin vor dem absturz

Ja an vergebene Matchbälle kann man sich meistens besser erinnern als an Matches, wo Matchbälle abgewehrt wurden.
Lisicki konnte in Wimbledon 2009 gegen Chakvetadze auch einen Matchball abwehren und das Match noch drehen.

Lisicki hatte gegen Rodionova auch 3 Matchbälle und konnte keinen verwerten, hätte sie dies damals getan wäre sie jetzt wohl in den Top 20 und nicht irgendwo um die 90
Und wenn wir von "Chokern" reden, da muss man ja nicht unbedingt Matchball haben um ein Choker zu sein, also gerade in 2010 ist da Lisicki schon schwach, 53* gegen Azarenka und verloren, *42 gegen Tanasugarn und verloren..naja
Oder Grönefeld gegen Tatashvili, war für mich auch ein "Choke"

Endlich hat es die "nervenstarke" Görges auch hier hin geschafft
Wirklich im Vergeben von Chancen ist das deutsche Tennis Weltklasse, ansonsten eher Kreisklasse

Für den Scheiß gehört sie echt erschlagen, schrecklich, schon im 2. Satz einfach schlecht, aber im 3.Satz hat sie dann echt den Vogel abgeschossen, mehrmals...wie kann man so doof sein und nach *30 und *41 den Sack nicht zumachen, dann hatte sie bei *53 mehrere Matchbälle , dann verliert sie bei *54 natürlich zu 0, hat danach keinen Bock mehr bevor sie bei *56 nochmal zurück kommt, von 0-40 auf 6-6 und dann liegt sie sofort 0-5 im TB hinten, so blöd muss man erstmal sein, vor allem weil sie letzte Woche noch 2 gute Siege gefeiert hat, ist aber auch wieder typisch, da heißt es immer, man muss den Mädels Zeit geben, die müssen Erfahrung sammeln, aber manche spielen eben nie mit Hirn und haben überhaupt keine Nerven, ist nicht nur bei Görges so, aber das war heute wirklich der Gipfel, da hat man gleich kein Bock mehr nochmal irgendwelche Matches zu verfolgen

Für mich ist Görges das perfekte Beispiel einer Schönwetterspielerin. Wenn es gut läuft, dann kann sie sogar richtig gut spielen wie man auch in BG gesehen hat oder auch gegen Wozniacki. Aber wenn gar nichts geht so wie letzte Woche gegen Vandeweghe, dann geht auch wirklich gar nichts mehr bei ihr. Sah man perfekt im 2.Satz gegen Wozniacki in Melbourne.
Und die soll das 2.Einzel beim Fed Cup spielen und noch die Schlüsselspielerin im Doppel sein 
Ich sehe schon einen Sieg für Slowenien.
Tiebreaks kann sie anscheinend auch nicht mehr gewinnen. 4 TBs hat sie hintereinander verloren.
Ich wusste schon, warum ich diesen Thread hier angelegt habe.
Seit den US Open 2009 haben jetzt Lisicki, Petkovic, Barrois, Schruff, Malek und Görges Matches verloren, wo sie Matchbälle hatten. Den anderen Fall hatten wir bei den deutschen Top 200 Spielerinnen in diesem Zeitraum nur einmal, nämlich Petkovic bei den US Open 2010 zumindest bei GS-/WTA-Turnieren.

Und wieder eine Deutsche die Matchbälle nicht nutzen kann. 
Komisch, dass das praktisch jede Woche passiert.

Ich habe den Thread um 2 neue Kategorien ergänzt und zwar "big chokes" und "big fights". Man muss also nicht mehr zwingend einen Matchball vergeben oder abgewehrt haben um hier hineinzukommen, sondern kommt auch rein, wenn man wie ALG eine 6-1 5-3 Führung verspielt oder wie Lisicki, die obwohl sie einen Matchball im 2.Satz nicht nutzen konnte und so den Satz verlor, trotzdem noch das Match gewonnen hat.
