Sie waren ganz dicht dran, aber die entscheidenen Punkte im 3. Satz gingen an ihre Gegnerinnen. Es wäre Vanessas erster WTA-Titel überhaupt gewesen.
Cornet/Husarova def. Henke/Olaru 6:7, 6:1, 10:6
Immerhin hat die entzückende Janette mit diesem Sieg ihren ersten Doppeltitel im Jahr 2008 errungen.
