BRUSSELS, Belgium (AP) -- Olympic champion
Justine Henin-Hardenne pulled out of next week's Porsche Grand Prix in Germany because she is still ill from a virus which sidelined her earlier this year.
``She prefers to wait until she's back in shape,'' her web site
www.henin-hardenne.be announced Thursday.
After winning Olympic gold in Athens, she lost in the fourth round at the U.S. Open.

Henin-Hardenne has dropped to third in the WTA rankings after being troubled by an energy-sapping blood virus since April. She made a brief comeback attempt at the French Open, where she was eliminated in the second round, before taking the Olympic title in August. After Filderstadt, Henin-Hardenne is scheduled for the Oct. 18-24 Swisscom Challenge before preparing for the season-ending WTA Championship, which runs from Nov. 10-15.
