Yeah...they only publish five interviews/day. That´s really not worth of a grand slam...does anyone know other sites where you can get the interviews?

Here's something for Venus' website:
Quote:
Marching Into the Third Round
5/27/04 5:15 PM
By Craig Gabriel
PARIS: My gosh what are things coming to? Venus Williams had to walk to
work on the fourth day of the French Open. Relax! The fourth seed at the
French Open has definitely not had a fall from grace. And, no, the French
were not trying to give her a hard time because they figured she was en
route to a meeting with one of their own, Mary Pierce.
Horrendous traffic, and anyone who has been to Paris knows what that is
like, had resulted in her tournament car being blocked in a jam so like any
enterprising person she got out of the car, collected her racquet bags and
walked the last three or so blocks. To see the faces of people that passed
her in the street was quite something. It was quite funny really. They were
wondering if they were seeing right .... "ooh la la", "mon dieu"
Venus just kept her head down and walked briskly. The focus was there. She
got it early for her second round match against Jelena Kostanic who she
beat 6-3, 6-3. It was not an easy match. Venus had to work for the win in
fact at the start of the match she had to rally from 0-3 and then won six
consecutive games.
It was put to Venus that she may be "vacillating" between steady and
aggressive tennis. She responded, "True. I was playing steady and
aggressive a couple of weeks ago so I'm going to get back to that because I
know I can move in. I like to volley on this surface and take balls out of
the air. I'm quite good at that so I have to start doing it."
Being a perfectionist has its pluses and minuses. The plus is to strive to
always be better. The minus is the fact that it can be frustrating. Venus
hates making mistakes either on or off the court but to get around that and
not go crazy she doesn't focus on the errors. How does she do that?
"Basically focusing on what's happening at that moment and not
regressing to what happened before, unless, of course, what happened was
wonderful," she said. "Then if you dwell on that too long, get too much
living in the past, so definitely living in the moment."
Next, Venus will face Mary Pierce. The French player scored an easy 6-1, 6-1
result over Gala Leon Garcia from Spain. This will be the eighth meeting
between Venus and Mary and Venus holds a commanding 5-2 advantage.
They have played on clay twice, Venus won both and has won the last three
matches they played, the last one being in Zurich in 1999.
"Even though she may not be in the same ranking (as she used to be), she
does have the experience of a champion, so that's something that I have to
be ready for," said Venus.
The question for that match though is what will Venus wear. In today's
match she was in full green, "kelly green" to be precise - it's one of her
favourite dresses and in fact green is her favourite colour. Ah, could
there be a call of the luck of the Irish?
"I'm looking for my pot of gold," said Venus with a smile.
If anything she's turning a lot of people green with envy.

I wanted to see Lindsay's interview for her second round match, but it was nowhere to be seen.

The Roland Garros website is horrendous year in and year out where posting interviews is concerned. And not getting to read Serena's and Maria's respective interviews after the exciting match they played is very dissapointing. But what is most dissapointing is that I have come to expect the Roland Garros website to post as few player interviews as possible.

The interviews are so crap this year. On the 1st say after Agassi's upset, I was looking for his or Haehnel's interview the day after, but none of them were up
The only interviews they had were boring ones like Roddick, Martin, Davenport and Rusedski.

He acts like he knows everything about tennis, calls himself an expert when he really doesnt know shit. And his voice is so annoying in interviews, very patronising.
