Improving footspeed and footwork with long legs!!!??
So when i was younger (About 12-13) i was really fast around the court, really good footwork too. But now i'm almost sixteen, and my legs are long as, and they take up most of my body. I now rely on a good sense of anticipation to get to balls. Is there any way i can improve My movement , or will i have to wait it out/live with it until i die?
