but for example she won one in june, then she can play one tournament, not important what (10 k or 50 k) after it is away from the ranking, i think!

Unfortunately, the only thing that matters is the number of tournaments she plays between her birthdays. How many tournaments she currently has points from towards her ranking is irrelevant for ITF age eligibility purposes.

After losing to Ani yesterday today Tzvetana defeated Kaplani 60 61
great win which gave us the lead in the rubber vs Greece
Sesil defeated Daniilidou and now we have to defeat Poland to play a playoff on Satuday
Tzveti, good luck tomorrow vs Rosolska or Kosinska |

Tzvetana is scheduled to play next week in Vaduz, Liechenstein 
most probablt she will have to play qualies again and will be one of the top-seeds there
