Quite a nice Fed Cup this would make - Elisse and WTA Handicapper's experienced combined with the rise of Philip and andrew_uk should make them a threat.

Andrew are you sure it is not too late to cancel and get into Acapulco

I picked Sandrine after learning my lesson last week in Bogota. With 2 matches players had 400 points after day 2

I am sticking to mainly the Tier I's and II's from now on
