PYW Doubles Pattaya City
Welcome to Pattaya City, Thailand! After the short Australian summer, the main hull of the WTA season is really getting underway! This week is one of the year's most-liked international events by the players, so it has therefore attracted quite a strong lineup in 2013. Last year's PYW doubles Pattaya City champions, Taiwanese Kai-Chen Chang and American Vania King, are returning this year as the top seeds, so they will be very hard to beat. However, second-seeded Kiwi-British duo of Marina Erakovic and Heather Watson has been coming on strong in recent times, so they will be looming in the bottom half of the draw. The most exciting first round match will likely come between Romanian Sorana Cîrstea and Slovak Daniela Hantuchová against two-time Pattaya City PYW doubles finalist, Japanese Kimiko Date-Krumm, who is partnering recent Australian Open finalist, Aussie Casey Dellacqua. Clearly, this week will provide plenty of excitement so your votes will matter a lot. Vote now as the PTT Pattaya Open kicks off!
