Misa will play at 25k Kreuzlingen this week, finally another tournament in singles which will be the first since Auckland.
She also plays doubles with Eva Birnerova with whom she reached the final in Budapest at the respective WTA tournament in 2012.
Good luck

Re: 25k Kreuzlingen, Switzerland
Hopefully she will have some good results in singles to get her singles ranking up a bit. Quite a gap between Lucie and Misa in singles ranking, which makes it tougher to schedule.
MD is out. Misa's part of the draw: Indy and Cindy are also here.

(wc)Karin Kennel (SUI) v (Q)Conny Perrin (SUI)
Michaella Krajicek (NED) v Amra Sadikovic (SUI)
(4)Laura Siegemund (GER) v (wc)Jil Belen Teichmann (SUI)
Doubles Main Draw

Misa def. Sadikovic 64 36 76(1)!
First singles win of the year, a tough one but she pulled through in the tiebreak

Close one! But maybe that's not a bad thing to have a tough opening match here
Happy she got the win :yeah:

Re: 25k Kreuzlingen, Switzerland
Misa and Eva got a walkover in doubles, directly into the semi's.
2nd round in singles will be very tough for Misa, most likely she will play against Laura Siegemund. She won a 25k in Florida in January and also reached 2 semifinals at 2 other 25k's there.
EDIT: Siegemund lost to Teichmann 67 46  But she is a very good junior, she is in the top-50 of junior rankings if I'm correct.

Misa
Misa wins the first set against Teichmann, 63, without losing a point on her own serve :yeah:
Misa now 20-0 on her own serve in points, also wins her 1st game in the 2nd set to love. Keep going
EDIT: And another love service game, 24-0! Would be cool if she could win this match without losing any points on serve.
EDIT: 28-0!
63 32* now.
EDIT: 32-0!!!! 63 52*. If she breaks now, she has done it.
What!?

Re: 25k Kreuzlingen, Switzerland Single QF vs. (7)Barrois, Doubles SF vs. Sabino/Scha
Next opponent: Kristina Barrois, who beat Conny Perrin 76(3) 61
Their matches are always nerve-wracking. If Misa keeps her serve up like she did today, I think she can definitely win though
Best of luck!

Re: 25k Kreuzlingen, Switzerland Single QF vs. (7)Barrois, Doubles SF vs. Sabino/Scha
Misa beat Barrois 62 64 last autumn and it was indoors. But indeed, Misa has said multiple times that she finds Barrois a tricky opponent.

Trailing Barrois 1-5* in the 1st set
Lost a few close games, also doesn't seem to be serving very well.

All of a sudden Misa is hitting aces like crazy, but she is still trailing 16 23*
EDIT: Broke back, now leading 43* in the 2nd

Misa into the final after a 6-4 6-4 win over Alexandrova
No surprise that Bacsinszky is in the final as well. She is playing well and allready winning singles titles in both tournaments she entered this year and now again in the final. Will be tough for Misa, but a nice test.
Good luck
Misa & Eva won the doubles title :yeah:

Won the 1st set 64! Leading 2nd set 21*.
Not as dominant on serve as she has been in the past week, but she is keeping her ground.

Well done Misa! :yeah: Great tournament!
Hopefully she can get back in the top200, ASAP. Will enter the top240 after this tournament.
Picked up some match rhythm, in singles, which will help her in IW/Miami Q

Omg did she really not lose a single point on her own serve against Teichmann?
