I'm just thinking eh, isn't grass her favourite surface?
Shouldn't this be just the right time to win her first match of the year

I really hope she can win her first match of 2008 here, but I expect a 3-6 4-6 loss or something and it ain't matter against who it is.

Well if her serve is on I guess she should win her first match, but who knows

Misa is now sure to go to the Olympic Games. On June 9th a place in top 56 was needed, she is 53th in the world now.

It's pretty amazing how a player with no confidence can suddenly beat someone 6-2 6-1. It's probably the grass.
Anyway, good win and hopefully some more wins to come to build some confidence on her way to the most important tournament this year, considering her ranking: Wimbledon.

Second round in doubles as well, after beating Poutchek/Rodionova 6-3 6-4

I don't want to be looking too far ahead but she could reach the semis if her serve keeps going
But first Yanina

She had very little chance on Wickmayer's serve today.
