Personally
* Alexandra started playing tennis when she was 4 years old * Her father, Alexandru, got her on the tennis court for first time * Short right kick is her preffered shot * She likes playing offensive on court * As personal interests are swimming and listening to music
The Duchess at it again. On the week of November 18th , 2 tournamenets are being held in Sharm el Sheikh. One is a $10k and the other one is a $75k. Guess which one Alex entered ? :haha:
I don't know the ITF rules (too tired to read them now) but pretty sure it's like for the WTA and she should have been denied by the freaking organizing committee .
Niculescu also suffered because of the stupidity of others (entering Nigbo CH instead of Tokyo recently) :|
OMG :haha:
She is actually allowed to play ITFs including 10Ks until she is in Top 10
Anyway, I wonder if she will play
I am confused that the 10K is obviously at Jolie Ville like every week and is on Hard but the 75K + H is on Clay and not on Jolie Ville Sharm El Sheikh has tennis clubs good enough to hold 75Ks :haha:

Fun aside, it really bothers me how many events she is entering right now. It's not as if she was already taped like a mummy in Poitiers. I hope she knows what she is doing...
It's like a sub-category which the ITF invented to encourage tournaments to give hospitality but many give it anyway so she would probably get hospitality in Dubai as such a high seed
I would still favour her, though, simply because Alexandra is such a late starter into the season. She needs match rhythm, but the draw could have been much worse.
Alexandra had to retire because of a shoulder injury. No way, someone is faking a shoulder injury, as well as there is no way for a healthy Top 100 player to get hammered by Nara like this.
As this is can be a very serious injury for a tennis player she should really pull out of Hobart next week and get fit for the AO like Wozniacki tries to and don't do the same mistake than Irina-Camelia did.
