Re: S8 - 1: ASB Classic, Auckland (III)
Thank you Dani
A finals result is not a bad result at all, anyway it's only Auckland Hope to continue the form into Gold Coast

Re: S8 - 1: ASB Classic, Auckland (III)
"Irresponsible" Hantuchova angers New Zealand locals
Auckland GOAT Kirilenko saves the day in a 6-4 6-4 whitewash
AUCKLAND, NZ-- Top ranked Daniela Hantuchova has created a whirlwind of controversy across New Zealand on Sunday after being pummeled by three-time defending champion Maria Kirilenko in the finals of the ASB classic 6-4 6-4.

When asked on court about her play at this week's event, Hantuchova said this "Was not a bad result, anyway it's only Auckland", clearly degrading a city that has always such strong support for the ATC tour. The crowds gasped, booed, shouted and many tears were shed in utter shock.

The crowds of Auckland react to Hantuchova
This event is just the latest in a string of bad PR for the Slovak, who is also largely blamed for the deaths of two Senior Citizens, a dog, a parakeet and justice as we know it in the infamous Moscow riots of December 2012.
"I absolutely love Auckland, and it's not called the 5th slam on tour for nothing" said Kirilenko to massive cheers. "I think I speak for everyone when I say we wish we could have the old Daniela back. I'm not sure if getting to #1 and winning a slam has gone to her head, or if she's just mad that I've beaten her in yet another final, but she really needs to get it together or perhaps take some medication to find herself again. She is just irresponsible. I think we should all keep her in our prayers".
Afterwards, Kirilenko spent 4 minutes volunteering in the ghetto-est neighborhoods of Auckland, one minute for each of her Auckland titles, confirming exactly why a humanitarian award has been named in her honor.
