While ATP Masters 1000 of Monaco are in full swing, Victoria Azarenka trained for a good hour this morning on the courts of Monte Carol Country Club.
The [former (my editorial insert) ] number # 1 had an intense practice session with hitting partner Julien Jeanpierre under the watchful eyes of coach Sam Sumyk.
The Belorussian is resuming competition 15 days in Madrid.
De gauche à droite : Per Bastholt (physio), Julien Jeanpierre (sparring), Victoria Azarenka, Samuel Sumyk (entraîneur) et Mike Guevara (fitness trainer).
The Undefeated Vika should be back in Mutua Madrid Open 2013:
No one caught the error where they call her world number 1 (number 1 mondial), which I corrected in my translation.
Or, you decided to let it slide... you're just glad that Vika is coming back
homegirl back up in this shit for sure. bagels and breadsticks be waiting for bitches in the oven yo. radwanska better watch her pushing ass. also sharapova gonna get some bakery products during the hard court season you already know.
The undefeated Victoria Azarenka has arrived in Madrid and she trained at the Center court yesterday. The tournament starts officially on Friday 3rd May 2013.
It'll be good to have her back on tour. Like or dislike her she's WAD one of the top players. Anyone not wanting her in the mix is IMO not really a WTA fan.

Looking forward to see how Azarenka plays at Madrid. Seems like she hasnt played in forever. Will be 3 months. WTA misses her fire.

(Minor correction: Vika's latest match was against Urszula Radwanska in Indian Wells on 13th March 2013, about 2 months ago)
