I'm planning on going to Wimbledon at the end of the week but I've never been on a Saturday before. I'm assuming this will be a busy day so will I need to arrive earlier than I normally do (generally 7.30-ish) to get in for the start of play?

I am planning to queue up on Saturday as well - I did the same thing last year, took the first tube at Victoria and still managed to get to the courts late (The queueing took fucking ages) I really think you need to be there around 7

Thanks Xepher! I probably won't bother with Saturday then. Having been to Roland Garros and able to get from the metro to inside the grounds in twenty minutes, I can't really be bothered with Wimbledon in general!
