This is a game where you pick during a whole tournament and cannot be out after having a bad day.
Despite the name the game is very simple. Game manager puts OOP every day.You only have to follow a few steps.
Step 1. – Pick winners and set rates for all matches (exactly the same as in TT).
Step 2. – Move up and down the matches int he OOP. Most possible good picks should be top, risky ones should be down.
Step 3. (Optional) – Read the scoring rules for WAR subevent. That subevent might need a bit of strategy (you can have a separate set of picks for WAR subevent)
Re: Tennis Pentathlon #26 --- Brisbane --- Send for Monday!
Well, it was a very bad start. Sorry for that. Not at all related to Sunday, because we are ahead of Australia timewise by 2 hours and I usually wake up early in the morning. It must have been my lack of exercise. I will do my best to score better from today on.
Re: Tennis Pentathlon #26 --- Brisbane --- Send for Monday!
Few comments:
-Rookies are doing pretty nice. I can recall MGray was last in his first tourney and won the second.
-I switched back to old team format, the new not gonna work this way. I pay a bear for the one who plan a new team competition which works for 4-5 teams, because honestly the discarding is a bit boring. Anyhow captains: discard day.
-The league will only start after AO. Few more players needed, AO is a good chance. I pay 2 (two) beers who brings new players. (Which is not a big deal as you get it anyhow if you visit me in Hungary)
