Seems like she deserves a thread of her own...she's winning a few matches which kind of makes her our #1
About to turn 17 and she just won the Wrexham doubles with Rebecca Llewellyn and has qualified for the 10K London main draw (and is also playing doubles again with Rebecca).
She's already made the QF of a couple of 10K tournaments and won a match at a 25K as well...
Anyone seen her play at all...how does she play and does she have any potential for 4/5 years time?
Anna will go to Wimbledon as the number 1 ranked British girl in doubles; she and Jos play their first WTA together this week at Roehampton, starting with a fiendish draw against world number 3 partnership of Srebotnik/Pesche.

...though we could consider awarding a flag of convenience to Casey Delacqua if, first, she and Barty lose to Watson/Bouchard this afternoon and, second, she wins the mixed with previous champ Jamie Murray.
Given six months of intensive elocution lessons, and Casey could shirley pass for a Brit.
At least Anna and Jos seem to have put up a great fight against the women ranked 14 and 17 for singles; triple Wimbs finalist and double semi-finalist in doubles.
I just hope that they can find a way to ensure that it's not too long until they qualify for another shot at opposition of this calibre.
