Diana Marcu got into the MD on her own ranking, and her WC was given to 17 y.o. Oana Irimescu, whose Nat'l Rank is #87.

Only two matches were held today due to rain.
One of them, however was Ghitescu upsetting Stefana Andrei, 61 64. She now faces #3 Alexandra Damaschin in the second round.

10K Sharm El Sheikh:

14 y.o. Jacqueline Adlina Cristian received a MDWC, and won a match, upsetting Marcella Cucca, 61 62, before unfortunately retiring to #2 Melis Sezer, 67(2) down in the second round. Hope she is okay!
