Just started reading these, well, the underlined bits anyhow.

grounds of the Tournament.
:hysteric:

Don't take your phone to an ITF? Perhaps I'm misinterpreting, it is late.

What's the ITF Tournament Planner software they're talking about, by the way? Is it http://tournamentsoftware.com?

Scoring should be fine. It just means that tournaments will need to use the ITF selected provider, so if live scoring is provided it should all be on the same platform, as opposed to what we have at the moment which is ad-hoc and individual events do it differently or use different software. It will in theory, when combined with the earlier quoted rule, mean a ban on tweeting or posting live scores/results from events which do not have live scoring. Which is stupid.

"The ITF will have the exclusive right to provide a scoring service at any ITF Pro Circuit tournament as selected by the ITF. Each tournament will assist the ITF in its efforts to produce the service."

The appendix covering media rights, data etc... is quite detailed and covers provision of live streams as well as live scoring. Effectively ITF will have sole right to decide on streaming for bookmaker purposes, but national associations can host their own live streams (with at least a 30sec time delay) if they want.

I. ABUSE OF BALLS (BA)
Players shall not violently, dangerously or with anger hit, kick or throw a tennis ball
within the precincts of the tournament site except in the reasonable pursuit of a point
during a match (including the warm-up). Violation of this Section shall subject a
player to a fine up to $250 for each violation. In addition, if such violation occurs
during a match (including the warm-up), the player shall be penalised in accordance
with the Point Penalty Schedule hereinafter set forth.
For the purposes of this Rule, abuse of balls is defined as intentionally hitting a ball
out of the enclosure of the court, hitting a ball dangerously or recklessly within the
court or hitting a ball with negligent disregard of the consequences.
J. ABUSE OF RACQUETS OR EQUIPMENT (RA)
Players shall not violently or with anger hit, kick or throw a racquet or other
equipment within the precincts of the tournament site. Violation of this Section shall
subject a player to a fine up to $250 for each violation. In addition, if such violation
occurs during a match (including the warm-up), the player shall be penalised in
accordance with the Point Penalty Schedule hereinafter set forth.
For the purposes of this Rule, abuse of racquets or equipment is defined as
intentionally and violently destroying or damaging racquets or equipment or
intentionally and violently hitting the net, court, umpire’s chair or other fixture
during a match out of anger or frustration.
And I love racket abuse :sobbing:
