I don't think Aga will play in doubles at the AO. The singles are her clear priority now and she has to avoid playing too much. Last year she played much less tournaments in doubles than before; I think it will be the same in 2013, even in the Grand Slams (she didn't play the USO doubles last year).

Surprising news, I thought she wouldn't play in doubles after having played two tournaments before the AO, and considering that she wants to reach the semifinals there... This team could make some damages, though :yeah:
Happy with the way Aga played. Definitely an improvement from Auckland. Finished both sets with winners. More aggressive, better quality of play, better serving. Vinci next, and Aga lost to her at US Open in straight sets. Aga should be warned. Vinci won`t make as many UEs as Date. Aga must serve well and be aggressive, with depth in her groundstrokes so that Vinci has to stay at the baseline and can`t attack the net. And play to Vinci`s backhand, her weaker side.

I am very happy with the result. I am even happier that Agnieszka steadily improves her level of play. I really hope this will continue through out AO. I am nervous about it at this same time.
