Anett Kontaveit is 14 years old tennis player. She won Estonian national championships in 2009. Could she be new star for Estonia in future? Atleast there is hope for that. This thread is for her. So let`s share Anett`s tennis results and talk about her tennis.

Kulichkova whored up points at abierto jiuvenil (no qualies for a GA :tape:) as did mcphilips but mcphilips also megawhored the G1s afterwards and this years Brazil G2s. I find it funny how many good tournaments are in America (North and South) given the amount of good players from the region. I also find it funny that in 1 year, there went from being 4 Non-Grand Slam GAs on Hard to just 1 :haha:

Anett down to 19 in rankings. Such a shame that players who are so much worse like Danilina whore points to get up to no. 4. Still, if she wants to win a GS, she will have to beat them all anyway :)
How embarrasing that haddad maia is ahead :(
Anyway, out of people who will actually play GS, anett will probably scrape a top 8 seed

She seems to intentionally pick the events with strong fields  She played Bath, where she could have played La Marsa (well yes, her Bath draw turned out to be very good in the end). She plays Tunis in the week where it is one of the two 25k-s in the world (and close to Europe, the other one is in South-America), why not Uzbekistan or sth a week before? Then she plays Chiasso which will probably be as packed also.

I know that in the end it doesn't matter as she should be able to beat those top 200 players anyway if she wants to be a top 100-200 player, but currently she just needs some more points quickly to even get to those future 25k events directly when the JE-s are used up.

For example Donna Vekic played some 25k-s in Nigeria last year and one in India this year, got a lot of points using the advantage of a bit weaker fields and now she is almost top 300.

Get out!:bolt:

This WC seems out of a blue a bit, but it's great she gets to try the waters a bit. Best of luck against Wienerova!

The Tunis 25k has actually many youngsters on the list: Putintseva, Mladenovic, Garcia, Krunic, Beck. She's in a good company.
