I'm just so thrilled. I think coming into this week was the is the first time in a long time I had zero expectations for her. I honestly did not think she was going to win any of her matches. I'm just so proud of her. I mean, to do it in Fed Cup as well where she's struggled a lot mentally with the pressure. Also with JJ not playing and Serbia relying on her mostly to do her part. Also beating Barthel (someone she's struggled so much against) and Kerber in straights, it's huge for her. I think that's just amazing for her and I'm so happy :]
Still, not really going to get ahead of myself. I hope she can take confidence into this and do relatively well in Stuttgart.
If Romania chose clay surface for Aprils tie, like is normal and expected for that part of the year - Ana should to play despite without JJ hers both wins will be just enough for 2-3 overall lose.
If they chose hardcourts, she should not to waste hers time and energy, and damage hers preparations for crucial 2014 clatcourt season.

AMAZING BELGRADE MIRACLE: In just three years (2008-2011) 5 different players born in same city reach world #1 in rankings and several GS titles and finals (WTA singles: Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, ATP singles: Novak Djokovic, ATP doubles: Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor... with notable performances of Bojana Jovanovski, Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki which is also all three born in Belgrade)
