An ill Lillian E Payne was unable to take part in the final match in the women’s singles and mixed doubles events. She was the defending champion in all 3 events.

Her mixed partner last year was Robert Bowen.

SF: Countess Clara von der Schulenburg (Ger) d. Ruth Dyas (GB) ????

FI: Miss Miles d. Countess Clara von der Schulenburg (Ger) ????

A championship event for men only, as there were no open events for the ladies, who were limited to handicap events. These were "badly managed," according to Alan Little. Ruth Dyas had to give too big a handicap to stand any chance vs Countess Schulenburg.
