so basically line-up full of male servebots with female pushers... that must be the worst Hopman Cup list ever. will rather watch Shenzhen or whatever crappy tournament will be held the same week.
My idea is that Pennetta and Radwanska may fit better as double partner than the others. I think they should do a nice job on the net. Maybe Stosur as well.
If Stosur keeps her head together, Australia can actually win this. (Ok, it may be wishful thinking, but you can't deny, Tomic is often at his best in Australia, and Stosur is capable of playing well - it's just whether or not she will).
Group A is difficult
Any of the men could beat the other. Radwanska and Stosur are more likely in the Women's, but both could be beaten.
Gonna pick Australia because of the doubles strength of Stosur.
Group B is almost impossible to pick with any amount of certainty.
Its likely to be USA vs France, but Czech's could cause an upset.
Lets go France.
World No.18 Tommy Robredo has withdrawn from Hyundai Hopman Cup 2014 due to a right arm injury.
Daniel Munoz-De La Nava will replace Robredo and partner Anabel Medina Garrigues when Team Spain goes head-to-head with the Czech Republic in their first round robin match on Sunday.
Don't expect too much. Aga will land in Perth after 23 hours flight from Warsaw and 8 hours later at 3 o'clock a.m.(for her) will have to fight against Pennetta
It looks as mission impossible
