I think her shoulder is fine. If it wasn't fine she would have played her second round match last Sunday, after some qualifying matches :lol: (now I'm just being rude, I admit)
Lepchenko had a good season last year, hence her top 20 ranking for almost half of 2013, but this year she's been nothing but crap.
As for Carlita, now she isn't really a hardcourt player, is she? I'm not surprised Alisa won those two matches, but I think it's gonna be a different story with Simona tomorrow.
Out of Kleybanova and Rybarikova, the latter was the most dangerous opponent for Simona. Maybe it won't be easy, but I still think she's gonna win. She played in the vein of summer of 2013 today.
Carla is a very competent HC player (QF at AO and USO) but she has had a long season with lots of matches, she had nothing left in the tank against Alisa. But Alisa played well that goes without saying.
