Ana fought well in the first when Bojana was going for the lines and finding them. Decent in the second. Never broken in the match with some excellent serving on break points. Ajde! Onwards!
Bojana played well.
Madrid scheduling is pretty damn terrible but at least Ana gets the day off unlike JJ/Pavlyuchenkova :smash:
Wow... I'm shocked, a mentally strong clutch Ana, saving every break point she faced to win a match much closer than the score suggests? This is promising
I love that in 2014, she's mostly giving herself time in tournaments to play herself into better form, which is contributing to this more solid year overall. She really is (at the moment) one of the WTA's top players of this first half of the year. It's okay, though, the grass season will screw her all up.
