She had already beaten Simmonds twice quite easily, so thankfully she took advantage of the good draw.

Ash should have won more comfortably though
Simmonds was putting nothing on the ball and Ash hit plenty of Unforced Errors 
Still, good to get a win and defend some of Mildura's points coming off on Monday 
I can't believe she isn't playing Doubles with Casey 
This tournament is so weak  |
